Becoming a Brand Ambassador for Virgin Australia
Becoming a brand ambassador has always been a big achievement for anyone working in the aviation industry. However, being able to wear your uniform with pride, showcase the skills you’ve learnt and deliver the highest quality of customer service is just the beginning of an ambassadorship.
Oceania Aviation has been very successful in recent years with many of the employees being awarded brand ambassadorships with airline partners. Last week another hard working staff member joined the team of ambassadors for Virgin Australia.
Anne from Team HVB (Hervey Bay) has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills along with a fantastic record of customer service excellence for many years. Anne has played a valuable part in Team HVB being the top scoring airport for Virgin Australia’s National Airport Customer Satisfaction award. It is great to see that Anne’s consistent efforts with Team HVB have been recognised accordingly.
