CAREER PROGRESSION

STAGE 1: G-Force Technician

Roles include Airline Check-In Crew, Airside Ground Crew and Aircraft Cabin Presentation Crew. These roles are fundamental to all operations and it is where many of our management team began their careers.

STAGE 2: G-Force Specialist

Progressing to G-Force Specialist is the next step towards a management role and requires supervision of small teams. Responsibilities include ensuring the G-Force delivers exceptional service to our airline partners.

STAGE 3: G-Force Leader

These roles are key leadership positions and are responsible for the effective management of all G-Force members. The focus is to lead a customer-centric Crew to deliver exceptional service standards to our airline partners.

STAGE 4: G-Force Master

Our G-Force Master’s maintain oversight of all operations and provide specialised support to the airports. The key functions include Standards and Compliance, Workplace Health and Safety, Employee Relations, Operations, Learning & Development, Finance & Asset Management.

AIRLINE

CHECK IN CREW

Your role is to provide an exceptional level of customer experience to our Airline Customers and to always go above and beyond to make someone’s day.

As part of our Check-In Crew you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a smile at Check-In
  • Processing customers in the airline Check-In system
  • Checking travel documents and international travel requirements
  • Preparing and issuing boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers
  • Boarding aircraft
  • Passenger marshalling
  • Delays and Disruption management

Taking care of passengers, from check-in to disembarkation.

AIRSIDE GROUND CREW

Your role is to follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure we maintain a safe and compliant operation for our airline customers and their travellers and to always maintain a can-do attitude.

As Airside Ground Crew, you will be responsible for:

  • Baggage and freight handling
  • Loading and unloading aircraft
  • Aircraft receipt and dispatch
  • Aircraft towing, pushback and aircraft positioning
  • Communicating with Flight Crew and Air Traffic Control
  • Operating and driving aircraft service equipment
  • Using two-way radios, baggage scanners and other IT equipment
  • Record keeping and documentation

Taking care of cargo, from personal baggage to commercial freight.

AIRCRAFT CABIN PRESENTATION CREW

Aircraft Cabin Presentation is an important responsibility to ensure that a customer’s first impression when boarding an aircraft is a positive experience as it reflects directly on our company and the airline customers we service.

As Aircraft Cabin Presentation Crew, you will be responsible for:

  • Cabin cleaning which includes; seats/pockets, aisles, lavatories, galleys, and waste removal
  • Uniformed presentation of seat belts, blankets, pillows, magazines
  • Office cleaning

Taking care of aircraft, from boardroom table to tarmac.
