TRUSTED BY AUSTRALIA'S AIRLINES
I wanted to pass on my huge thank you to the entire SYD team today in the handling of a cancelled flight, both above and below the wing. Everyone worked so well together, were adaptable and willing to assist & understand what was needed.
I would like to pass on special recommendation for your staff whose service delivery was outstanding. Andrea at the check in counter & at boarding really made you feel relaxed and taken care of right from the get go. With her cheerful and personable cheerful nature, she makes you feel at home even before you board.
Thank you on behalf of Virgin Australia for yours and the Team's support last Friday night and then again on Saturday morning in making sure the Aircraft was cleaned before departure. Even though the flight was late due to unforseen circumstances the team moved mountains to ensure an on-time departure
